Özgün Özel is a global executive and certified leadership coach with over 20 years of international experience across Europe, the Middle East, the United States, and Asia. He has built and led multicultural teams in high-pressure environments and brings that real-world leadership perspective into every
coaching engagement.

Özgün is certified in ICF, EQ-i 2.0, Cultural Intelligence, and Hogan Assessments. He is based in Luxembourg and combines corporate leadership, global experience, and evidence-based coaching to help professionals thrive in international environments.
